October 31 - Monday
I didn't do anything special for Halloween. I did take my daughter some of her stuff over to her mom's. On the way back someone in a cop car was chasing someone else. Maybe it was a cop. Maybe it was someone in a costume.
October 30 - Sunday
This is Shadow. He will endure anything from my daughter just to get attention. Poor deprived dog. Oh, but to get to lay not the couch, now that's a special treat worth any kind of humiliation.
October 29 - Saturday
Okay I didn't take this photo, but I posed for it. I was Wilfred for Halloween. I was a finalist in the costume contest. So close.
October 28 - Friday
Went to meet a friend for lunch. Her baby thinks I'm hilarious. One of the funniest/best things are when babies begin to laugh. How do we decide what's funny or not. I'm not sure I ever did.
October 27 - Thursday
Was on my way to lunch when I got the call my iPhone arrived at the Sprint store. This is Lolly. She's the last picture I'll ever take with my crappy Android phone. She was very sweet and friendly.
October 26 - Wednesday
Took a friend out to dinner for her b-day. Surprisingly she picked the Yucatan Taco Stand. Okay not a surprise at all. Happy b-day to you.
October 25 - Tuesday
Coming back from picking my puppies up from the country. I've been wanting to get a photo of the new bridges downtown where they're building the park. Considering I was doing 50 this one is kinda cool.
October 24 - Monday
First day back and back to work. It was foggy this morning. Would've been a good day to stay in bed.
October 23 - Sunday
Spent the night in Reno at a friends house. My last day of my trip. Took the dogs out for a walk this morning. Just missed the sun rise. This is the view out their back windows.
October 22 - Saturday
Went out to dinner on the lake. Had a Single Barrel Jack on the rocks. The waiter suggested a double. I agreed. Dinner wasn't bad either.
October 21 - Friday
Sat around a campfire in my friends backyard. The sky here in Tahoe is amazing at night. I set my camera for its longest exposure.
October 20 - Thursday
These dandelions are the size of baseballs. I was in a hurry when I saw these. Wish I had taken a moment to get a better shot of them.
October 19 - Wednesday
These guys are really fast and they don't sit still for long. I was lucky to get this shot at all. I'm still looking for a chipmunk.
October 18 - Tuesday
Went out shooting today. All day. We hit several locations but still have a lot to do. This was at the end of the day when the sun was setting and it was starting to get a little cold.
October 17 - Monday
Went on a drive with the client looking at all the locations he would like photographed. This was on the deck of one of them. The weather here is great just a little chilly and it is so beautiful.
October 16 - Sunday
Hiked to the top of Eagle Rock. What a great view. There are almost no trees in this section. Just a few stunted ones like this one.
October 15 - Saturday
On my way to Lake Tahoe. I have a really great friend who took me to the airport. It's going to be a working trip, but there will be time for some fun.
October 14 - Friday
Went to lunch with a couple of people from work. It was fun, but I do really miss my last group of friends at my old job. We came here for my last day before I started this job.
October 13 - Thursday
Warm Sticky Buns were brought to the office today. I could smell them from my desk. I was good, I resisted. Okay not really. I did have a small piece.

Spent the day helping a friend paint. Came home and relaxed on the front porch practicing blowing smoke rings. Great evening, cool and rainy.

Got my hair cut this morning. This is an office I worked in for years. I had some really great times here and made some really wonderful, life-long friends here.

These are on the front desk of the office. Took this on my way out. Stayed a little late to make up for coming in late. Had breakfast with a very dear friend.

This is a photo of my Macbook Pro. So much of what I do for a career and for fun is centered around things he helped create. So many of us are in his debt.
October 4 - Tuesday
These were in the kitchen today. Holy cow. Chocolate covered crack with a dusting of cocoa powder. Addicted. Another reason to go to Austin.

I saw this walking back to the office after lunch. I thought the message to the dog was funny.
October 2 - Sunday
The dogs were going nuts outside. When I went out to check on them they kept looking up into the tree. I was able to get a photo of this one peeking out at me. Funny.

Went to a wedding. I don't know who did this but thought it was funny. Someone took it off before the bride and groom came out. I guess not everyone thought it was a great idea.
