December 31 - Saturday
Our family get's together for new year's eve. Not a wild and crazy night, but fun with a big group of crazy people. This is my nephew's little girl. I could only get a silly, blurry face or this. I think at this point she was not happy with the other photos I had taken of her.
December 30 - Friday
Went to go spend the day with a friend. I saw this on the highway on the way there. I like the big banana on top. Note the "Lettuce deliver" on the back.

This is a night light that I won at a gift exchange lunch. I gave it to Riley for Christmas. She thought it was hilarious.

What was I thinking when I agreed to take Riley shopping with her Christmas money and gift cards. North Park was madness.
December 25 - Sunday
Guess who's back to harass my poor puppies. This time he wouldn't come into the light. Not the crazy, scary eyes.
December 24 - Saturday
Our family gets together on Christmas Eve to exchange gifts. Our family is pretty big. This is my nephew's 3 year old little boy. He wouldn't stop to take a picture, which I thought was perfect.
December 23 - Friday
I spent most of last night and this morning wrapping presents. This is a special one for my little girl.
December 22 - Thursday
Someone else in the neighborhood must be helping out with this one. She's so fat now. At least her head has grown enough to match her body.
December 21 - Wednesday
Taking my drugs to help me get through the holidays. haha I got a 90 day supply of all my scripts before my insurance runs out at the end of the month.
December 20 - Tuesday
My dear sister from NYC sent my daughter and I a package. We didn't even have to wait until Christmas. My gift was a t-shirt. She knows me so well.
December 19 - Monday
My laptop came in today. Woo Hoo! I spent the evening updating the software and then transferring all my files from my old computer to the new. It was still transferring when I woke up in the morning.
December 18 - Sunday
Coming back from my sister's b-day breakfast. This is the really long motorcycle toy drive they do every year. This line went all the way back into downtown.

A really dear friend sent this to me. I got it in the mail along with some chocolates from this place we found in Tahoe. She made this herself. AMAZING!

I made soup the other day. Having leftovers for dinner. I love this soup.

Driving back from a friend's house. What dreary weather we're having in Dallas this week.
December 13 - Tuesday
Went to hang out with my other unemployed friend. Her baby is totally rocking the combover. How cool is that?

Went to the grocery store to pick up some stuff. My milk expires on Christmas.
December 11 - Sunday
Went out to my parent's place to celebrate my dad's 69th b-day. This is Barkley and Valentine. Really fun day with my family.

December 9 - Friday
Went to the office to pick up my old laptop. They were nice enough to let me use it over the weekend to get all my personal files off it. One of the girls baked my Chocolate Pillows for everyone. One of my friends there saved me a few and gave them to me when I picked up the machine.
December 8 - Thursday
Riley had a dentist appointment this morning. I don't remember them having a Christmas tree in their office before. I love Christmas time. It's my favorite time of the year. I guess the good thing is that I'll have a lot of time off for the holidays.
December 7 - Wednesday
I promised one of the girls that I would bring Chocolate Pillows to work today. Somehow there were two other desserts brought in, chocolate covered pecans and a bundt cake. We decided to wait until tomorrow to bake them. We have an oven here at the office. Unfortunately I was laid off at the end of the day.

Can you guess what this is. Okay it's not that difficult. It's my glass of ice water on my desk. I guess not much happened today. If this is the best picture I have.
December 4 - Sunday
Went to Taget today to get some stuff. Did a little Christmas shopping for some of the little kids in my family. How cool is this thing. I haven't shopped for boys since my nephews were little. That's been a while.
December 3 - Saturday
Went with my brother-in-law to help him shoot a company holiday party. The place was decorated in a Winter Wonderland theme. Lots of blue lights and big windows to see all the rain outside. Great music most of the night though.
December 2 - Friday
Got home and started working on a present for my mom. I don't suppose I have to worry about her knowing about it. I don't think she knows about my site and she's not on Facebook. I guess one of my sister's could mention it to her, but I don't think I have too much to worry about.
December 1 - Thursday
I went to pick up my niece from the Richardson Animal Shelter. She's been volunteering there for a while. They have some realy great looking dogs. Please don't buy a dog, Adopt. You're going to get a great healthy dog and doing something really great by not supporting puppy mills.
