After I got home from a happy hour I decided to make myself a big Jack and Coke and smoke a cigar on my front porch swing. Great night.

What a dreary day. I love parking on the roof because I get out and I even though I'm surrounded by tall buildings I can still see the sky. Sort of.

Spent most of the day cleaning and watching movies on my new TV. Made some cookies for Riley and I after dinner. They're just the store bought kind.
February 12 - Saturday
Finally received my last check from my freelancing days. I used it buy a new TV and an Apple TV. Spent the evening on the couch watching movies and looking thru my photos. They really look good on a big screen.
February 11 - Friday
I got off work a little early today so I decided to surprise Riley with a snack from The Cake Ball Company. If you haven't already tried them, you should. They're near the corner of NW Hwy and Ferndale. Tell them Bo sent you.

Went to the grocery store after work today. I have a friend that likes green bananas. Ewww. I think of her when I'm in the produce section.
February 9 - Wednesday
Snow day, work from home day!!! I got these from a really dear friend many years ago. They're like down feather comforters for your feet. I washed them and put them on right out of the dryer. A gift that doesn't just warm your heart.

Got some spare Mavs tickets from work. I got there and couldn't believe how great the seats were. This guy was the only person between me and the floor. Riley and I even made it on TV a lot because we were right behind the coach.

Bought a new hard drive for my computer. It started backing up my files last night and was still working on it the middle of the next day.
February 4 - Friday
The drive home this morning was crazy. Haven't worked that late in a long time. Worked from home today because of the ice and snow. All day. This was as the sun was setting out my front window.
February 3 - Thursday
Worked a really, reeeeeaaaalllly long day. Getting to know my coworkers a whole lot faster than I thought I would. The job I'm working on is reflecting in my drink.

Had to go in today too. The roads weren't too bad. Very cold though. This is the Harwood Station from the roof of my parking garage. Next to no one downtown today.

Had to go in to work despite the snow "ice" day. One of the few people there pointed out that the back of my photos looks like a stack of toilet paper on my desk. I told her I anticipated having to put up with a great deal of shit.
